EODIGO Terms of Use

Article 1 (Operator and definitions)

EODIGO is operated by the Georgian sole proprietor Individual Entrepreneur DONGHYUK MIN (identification number 304832126, address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Krtsanisi district, Ponichala settlement 3, building 5, entrance 2, floor 4, auxiliary storage room; the "Operator"). These Terms are an agreement between the Operator and anyone who visits EODIGO or applies to list a business or subscribe (the "User").

• "Business information": material about a business, such as its name, address, public contact details, opening hours, description, menu and photos
• "Applicant": a person who applies to list business information (an owner, manager, employee or authorized representative)
• "Published": business information visible to visitors / "Unpublished": display stopped (this is not the same as deleting stored material)

Article 2 (Nature of the service)

EODIGO collects and displays business information so that travelers can find businesses, contact them and get directions. The Operator does not run the listed businesses and is not a party to their sales of goods or services, bookings or payments. Please confirm bookings, prices, cancellations, refunds and other terms directly with the business.

Article 3 (Accuracy of information)

Business information is based on material provided by the business and material checked by the Operator. Prices, opening hours and contact details can change, so please check with the business before visiting. A listing, a paid service or a "verified" mark does not guarantee a business's quality, safety or licence to operate. This does not exclude liability caused by the Operator's intent or negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Article 4 (Listing and materials)

1. Applicants must provide accurate information and must be authorized when acting for someone else.
2. Submit only photos and text you have the right to provide. Rights remain with the provider; the Operator uses the material free of charge only as needed to show it on EODIGO and on the business's own homepage (display, resizing, format conversion), and stops using it when publication ends.
3. The Operator publishes after checking required information, authority and consent. If anything needs to be added we will tell you; false, infringing or unauthorized applications may be refused with a reason. Buying a paid plan is not a condition for approval.
4. Nightlife and adult-service businesses (clubs, karaoke or massage with hostesses, and similar) are not listed.

Article 5 (Correction, unpublishing and deletion requests)

For incorrect information, closure, rights infringement, or withdrawal or deletion of a listing, email eodigo.contact@gmail.com with the business page, your request and how you would like us to reply. We may verify identity or authority to the minimum extent needed; you do not need to send a full copy of an ID document up front. Exposure of personal data, impersonation and safety issues are unpublished temporarily as soon as confirmed. If you disagree with the outcome, you can ask for another review at the same address. Unpublishing alone does not immediately erase all stored material; deletion follows the Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Paid services)

1. The content, price and term of Pro and Premium subscriptions are as stated on the application screen, the pricing table and the payment instructions.
2. Paid services do not guarantee search ranking, visitor numbers, enquiries or sales. Paid placement is clearly labelled "Ad" or "Premium" and does not mean the Operator vouches for or recommends the business.
3. A monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time; after cancellation you will not be charged from the next billing date. Refunds follow the separate Refund Policy.
4. When payment is confirmed we email an invoice (payment receipt), and for a refund a credit note. The Operator is not registered for value-added tax (VAT) and does not charge VAT.

Article 7 (Prohibited conduct)

You may not: impersonate others, list without authority or submit false material / infringe others' rights, including personal data and copyright / disrupt the service with malware, unauthorized access or excessive requests / use business contact details for spam or harassment / forge paid or verified marks or present them as the Operator's endorsement. In case of a violation we may restrict material or use as far as necessary and, where possible, tell you the reason first.

Article 8 (Changes and suspension of the service)

Planned changes and maintenance are announced in advance, and ending the service is announced 30 days ahead. Any period in which a paid service could not be provided for reasons on the Operator's side is refunded pro rata. No specific uptime is guaranteed. Personal data is handled under the separate Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Governing law and disputes)

These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. This does not limit any more favourable rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence. You may first ask for a settlement at eodigo.contact@gmail.com; this is not a precondition for going to a court or regulator.

Article 10 (Changes to the Terms and language)

We announce changes, with their effective date, 7 days before they apply (30 days for important changes that are unfavourable to users). Existing contracts are not changed retroactively to your disadvantage. The Terms are provided in Korean and English.
