1. Who processes your data
The Georgian sole proprietor Individual Entrepreneur DONGHYUK MIN (identification number 304832126; address as in Article 1 of the Terms of Use) processes personal data for EODIGO. Questions, access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent: eodigo.contact@gmail.com
2. What we collect

3. Why we use it
- To check and follow up listing applications, and to publish business information within the scope of the listing consent
- For subscription instructions, payment confirmation, contract management and sending invoices — never for advertising or promotional messages
- To build homepages (drafts made from the request form)
- For service statistics (views and enquiries on the owner screen), security and troubleshooting
- To improve the service through analytics (only if allowed)
4. How long we keep it
- Contact details in a completed listing application: deleted within 7 days of completion
- Applications (listing or subscription) that do not proceed: closed 30 days after the last action and deleted within 7 days after that
- Published business information and photos: kept while published, deleted within 7 days after publication ends
- Publication consent records: 1 year after publication ends or consent is withdrawn
- Invoices, credit notes and payment records: kept for the period required by Georgian tax law, as the basis for tax filings (not altered or deleted)
- Business registration certificate: deleted 90 days after the contract ends
- Visit statistics: identifiable visit markers are deleted within 2 days; only daily totals are kept, for up to 1 year
- Google Analytics data: 2 months
- Backups: up to 14 days
If a deletion request is accepted, publication stops immediately, and stored copies may be deleted sooner than the periods above.

Through these services, data may be processed in other countries. We do not sell personal data or give it to other companies except where the law requires.
6. Cookies and statistics
On your first visit, a banner at the bottom of the screen lets you choose Allow all or Necessary only. Every feature works either way, and you can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of the site.

- If you choose Necessary only, no analytics cookies are set and views and enquiries are counted only as totals, without cookies. If you later withdraw permission, analytics cookies are deleted and collection stops.
- Location is used only when you press "Nearby" and allow it in your browser. If you refuse, you can still use everything by choosing a city.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent at eodigo.contact@gmail.com. Travelers who sign in can delete their account themselves on the My trips screen; saved places and routes are deleted with it. We reply after verifying your identity to the minimum extent needed. If you disagree with the outcome, you can contact the data-protection authority in your country of residence.
8. Security
Only authorized accounts can enter the admin area, and every view of a contact person's details is logged. Photos and files are kept in private storage. In case of an incident we block access immediately and notify as required by law.
9. Changes
We announce important changes in advance and ask for consent again where needed. This Policy is provided in Korean and English. Other site languages show the English version with a notice.
