EODIGO Refund Policy

Article 1 (Fees)

Fees are paid in advance on each billing date for that period.

Article 2 (Cancellation)

You can cancel at any time. After cancellation you will not be charged from the next billing date, and the service continues for the period already paid.

Article 3 (Scope of the service)

EODIGO provides a business listing and homepage, operating tools and counted figures (views and enquiries). Search ranking, visitors, enquiries and sales are not guaranteed.

Article 4 (Costs not included)

Advertising fees paid to external media such as Google or Facebook are not included.

Article 5 (Business information after cancellation)

After cancellation, the business page and listed information remain as a free (Standard) listing.

Article 6 (Refunds)

1. Fees for a billing period already paid are not refunded.
2. The following are refunded in full after checking: duplicate payments / cancellation requested before homepage work has started.
3. Any period in which the service could not be provided for reasons on the Operator's side is refunded pro rata.
4. Refunds are made to the original payment method, and a credit note is emailed.
5. This does not limit any more favourable rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
